Sone’s Thai Green Curry

Serves 4-6

2 tablespoons of green curry paste

2 tablespoons of sugar

1.5 teaspoons of salt

1 tablespoon of tamarind paste (you can use lemon juice instead)

A handful of basil

4 lime leaves 

2 tins of coconut cream

1kg sliced chicken breast

Whatever vegetables you like!


  1. Fry the curry paste in oil for approximately 1 minute.

  2. Add the coconut cream.
  3. Add the chicken and half-cook it.

  4. Add the sugar, salt, tamarind (or lemon juice), basil and lime leaves.

  5. Add your vegetables and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.

*All ingredients and quantities can be amended to individual taste preferences.
