Sone's Larb salad
Mushrooms OR mince meat (whichever is your favourite)
Red onion (chopped)
A pinch of sugar
Fish sauce (substitute with salt to make it vegan)
1 tbsp Sone's larb mix
4 tbsp lemon juice
Sticky rice or lettuce cups to serve
If using mushrooms, slice and bake the mushrooms. If using meat, dry fry your mince until just cooked.
Add the chopped onions, coriander, mint, spring onion, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, lemon juice, larb mix and chilli.
Mix it all through and serve with the rice or lettuce cups.
